PRIVACY STATEMENT

The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC) wants to protect the security and privacy of the information that you, as a valued member/client, entrust to us. The policy below is to inform you how we will handle any information you give to us, and how we will keep it secure for you. We only collect and keep information about you that you provide to us in order forus to do business with you. Generally, this information will include your> name, address information, credit card information, and any personal information relevant to fulfill your order. We may also collect phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other contact information that allows us to correspond with you and provide a better service. The information you supply will be used to process your order, send you notifications of events, information on your membership renewal, advertising information, or any technical information about our website, or any other communication that we feel would be important to you.

If for some reason, you want your information removed from our records, please notify us by going to the "Contact Us" section of our website and write/send us an email. You will be deleted from our database within the next three to four business days. We will use and keep current technical security measures to make sure that your personal information is protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. REFUND POLICY

The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC) has a refund policy of four business days on any cancellation. In order to receive a full 100% refund from a payment you have made to attend a chamber event, you must notify us by calling our offices at (305) 534-1903 four business days in advance.
