The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation is a not-for-profit 501©(3) organization founded in December of 1995 for the purpose of promoting and enhancing the quality of education of Hispanic students and to empower and create leaders among our minority youth. 

In the past 16 years, the SFLHCC Foundation has positioned itself as a leader among foundations that offer scholarships to financially disadvantaged senior high school students. 

The SFLHCC Foundation offers $5,000 and $1,000 scholarships annually to graduating high-school seniors, community-college students seeking to transfer to four-year universities, continuing university students seeking to complete their degrees and to students in graduate and professional programs. Students must demonstrate that they come from financially disadvantaged families in order to qualify. Every year, $45,000 in scholarships are granted to students in the Miami-Dade and Broward County area. According to the new US Census, Miami-Dade County is one of the top five counties with most Hispanics in the U.S. Investing in our students today benefits the future of all!!
