As the CEO and Founder of Vemax Insurance, she leads a premier health and life insurance agency, forging partnerships with the industry's top providers to deliver comprehensive solutions across the U.S. Since launching Vemax in December 2023, Sandra has been focused on driving growth and ensuring the agency provides unparalleled service to its clients.

Before establishing Vemax, Sandra served as National Vice President of Member Engagement at Cano Health, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s growth across seven states. She led strategies for market entry, broker relations, and patient engagement, making a significant impact on the organization’s expansion. Earlier at Cano, she was Director of Member Engagement, playing a key role in building lasting relationships with health plans and driving member retention.

Sandra also held leadership positions at IMC Health, Iora Health, and Pasteur Medical, where she developed and executed strategies to enhance patient engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance. In her role as Vice President of Operations at Pasteur Medical, she oversaw the operations of multiple medical centers, ensuring high standards in service delivery and regulatory compliance.
