Cuban American Women Making History

SFLHCC President Liliam M Lopez has received the prestigious honor of being featured in an upcoming book titled "Cuban American Women Making History" by author Arnhilda Badia, Ph.D. Additionally, Liliam has been invited to moderate a panel of remarkable women at an exclusive event hosted at the University of Miami. The event is by invitation only, but any chamber member interested in attending reserve now to secure a spot.

The Gala Committee Meets Once Again!

The SFLHCC Gala committee reconvenes for another momentous gathering as they embark on the planning journey of the highly anticipated 30th Anniversary Gala. This special occasion will pay homage to the legendary artist Willy Chirino, an icon in the Latin music industry. The majestic Biltmore Hotel, a venue renowned for its elegance and grandeur, has been selected as the perfect setting for the gala, which will take place on March 8th, 2024.

Flashback to Last Year's Gala

At last year's gala, the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC) honored two trailblazers in their respective fields. Emilio Estefan, a renowned entertainment mogul, was awarded the prestigious Global Excellence in Entertainment Award. Esteemed technologist Fred Vocal was also recognized for his exceptional contributions with the Global Excellence in Technology & Innovation Award.
