Santiago Quintana

Santiago Quintana is a highly accomplished banking executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial and retail banking. As Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Director at Seacoast Bank, he leads a team of skilled lenders and professionals, driving business growth and financial solutions across Miami-Dade County.

Santiago’s career spans leadership roles at some of South Florida’s most prominent financial institutions, including City National Bank, BankUnited, and BankAtlantic. His expertise includes commercial lending, business banking, and strategic financial management. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large portfolios, developed high-performing teams, and fostered lasting client relationships. Notably, during his tenure at BankAtlantic, he oversaw a portfolio of $400-$500 million across 79 branches, generating over $8 million in annual profits.

A strong advocate for business and community development, Santiago has been actively involved with organizations such as the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Chairman of the Board. He is also a member of the Alliance for Aging, the Commercial Industrial Association of Dade County, and the Latin Builders Association.

Santiago holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA from Florida Career College. His professional certifications include FINRA Series 7, 6, and 63 Securities Licenses, as well as Omega Commercial and Consumer Lending Certifications. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, further enhancing his ability to serve diverse clients and business communities.
