On December 6th, the SFLHCC's Foundation proudly hosted an inspiring round table discussion with the 2024 SFLHCC Foundation scholarship recipients from Miami Beach Senior High School. It was a day of meaningful dialogue and shared aspirations as these bright students gathered to express what the scholarship meant to them and discuss their promising futures. The scholars received invaluable career advice and mentorship from SFLHCC Foundation Chairman Felipe Basulto, Board Member Alejandro Mendieta and Mike Fernandez throughout the event. Their insights provided guidance and encouragement, helping the students envision their paths forward and learning to be receptive. The students were honored at the Women Empowering and Embracing Women awards for their hard work.
