Building the Future of Emergency Care in Miami with an Adult Emergency Room Expansion at Jackson Memorial Hospital

Jackson Memorial Hospital is taking a bold step forward in transforming healthcare in our community, with plans to expand its Adult Emergency Room into the nation's largest emergency department. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to set a new national benchmark in quality, efficiency, and patient experience, ensuring that residents across South Florida have access to world-class emergency care when they need it most.

In support of this transformative project, the Jackson Health Foundation will host One Day for Jackson on Thursday, April 16th, an Emergency Room Opening Event dedicated to celebrating progress and engaging the community in this important milestone. The event will highlight the impact of philanthropic support in bringing this vision to life and ensuring access to high-quality care for all.

The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes and supports initiatives like this that elevate our community and secure a healthier future for generations to come.
