SFLHCC President Liliam M. Lopez had the pleasure of attending the Donna Shalala Center at the University of Miami to celebrate the swearing-in of Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. With over 30 years of service, Fernandez Rundle is renowned for her trailblazing work in criminal justice reform and advocacy for victims' rights. As the first woman to lead the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, her leadership exemplifies commitment, perseverance, and justice. We congratulate her and look forward to her continued efforts toward a just and equitable community. This milestone inspires us all to pursue positive change in our community

 

4Kids Galentine's Luncheon


Congratulations to 4Kids for hosting a successful Galentine's Luncheon. This fantastic event brought together over 150 passionate women, all united by a shared purpose: to support children and families. It was a day filled with hope, inspiration, and the power of community.

 

SFLHCC representative Maria Diaz Kremer not only attended but also contributed to the day's spirit. Hearing heartwarming stories of transformation within the foster care system was truly uplifting. These narratives showcased the profound impact of compassion and commitment to improving lives.

A highlight of the night was the enjoyable dinner at Teatro with CEO & President Johann Zietsman and his wife, where meaningful conversations and camaraderie were shared. It was an evening filled with great performances, delicious food, and fantastic company. We are excited about the potential opportunities and collaborations ahead!
